Directions:
Take the St. Regis Exit on I-90. Go west on the Old Mullan Road #2148. A half mile down the road take the Little Joe Road #282. In 3.3 miles you'll come to So. Fork Little Joe Road #221, turn left and go 5.9 miles to the trailhead. The trail crosses the South Fork Little Joe Creek on a footbridge just beyond the trailhead.

Narrative:
This is a good hike on a hot summer day as the trail is in a wooded, shady area for the first mile and crosses five creeks.
